The agency is great! We never missed any assistance. Sometimes they took a long time to answer, but they always answered and in nothing interfered with our trip, on the contrary, incredible experience thanks to the tours that the agency provided us. We did practically everyone and loved everything. As for some reviews about the restaurants, understand that…
We had an amazing experience with Yacanaviages, super organized, punctual staff and exceptional cordiality. We made wonderful walks with a surreal view. Super indicate to Yacanaviages.
The best choice I made was to have chosen this Trips agency. Super reliable and correct. They helped me with everything and made everything happen very perfectly.
I recommend Yacana to all of you! They are super attentive, they are always present for any situation we need! This company is differentiated, from pre-sale service to after-sale, everything excellent, and has a great price!
Yacana was amazing. From always very attentive, at the beginning until video call to reassure us. Super short response time, very polite guides, clean transportation. Our trip exceeded our expectations thanks to Yacana. A feeling of gratitude. Next year, we're going to Chile and we want to get everything right with you again.

Passeios organizados, saídas pontuais. Fizemos tours com os guias Charles, Rosa e Franco, todos muito didáticos nas explicações e atenciosos com o grupo.
Our trip was amazing because Yacana took care of every detail with a lot of care and attention, all the guides were very attentive and dedicated and I have a feeling of great gratitude.

We did all the tours with Yacana , the service was excellent, both the staff in Brazil and Charles in Peru were available to help us with whatever was needed. All excellent guides with a special highlight for the Franco who accompanied us in Machupicchu. Note 10.
Excellent advice! Very good Guide! We really like all the work and support! I recommend it to everyone who wants to come to Peru.
Yacana is a great travel agency, it was my best choice. They did not leave us helpless at any time, always leaving information about the itineraries, itineraries by WhatsApp or whenever we request, showing us confidence 24 hours a day Great guides with a lot of knowledge about the history of the country, the city and always well-humored…
Very well organized tours. I had full company monitoring. I had no problem. We made several tours around the company. Note 10 .
best choice I made... punctual, total credibility, the guides are the best photographers lol... the whole team was very attentive... thank you
I would like to thank the Yacana team who helped a lot with our itinerary, gave us all the support, a company you can trust with your eyes closed, another very positive detail is the payment method which would be by pix in reais, most of the others companies would only be in dollars, success always to you…
