I only have good things to say about the company. Let's start with the organization, which was wonderful, everything extremely organized, great communication, all questions answered promptly, besides, of course, the organization regarding the schedules, there was no delay on any of the trips. Another point is the professionals, we can write it like this PROFESSIONALS. All without…
Incredible experience, guide Maria is very attentive, patient, explains very well and a great photographer, a complete experience, highly recommend.
It was incredible. We had an excellent guide who told the story of Machu Picchu with sparkling eyes! Super attentive and friendly. She made the trip more fun. She took the most beautiful photos ❤️ The Yacana agency is sensational, I recommend it with my eyes closed.
Everything perfect, 10/10 service, fantastic experience with Yacana Viagens, highly recommend, they were very helpful, attentive, everything I needed, they returned to me immediately. Special attention to Karen, Elaine, (without belittling any of the company people I dealt with, I also want to leave my thanks to all the drivers, all the guides, always everyone was very polite.)…

The agency as a whole was super attentive from the sale to the post-tour. Tip: make an absurd heat! Bring light clothes, repellent and sunscreen.
